1. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without any charge.
  • If the technician has already been dispatched, a visit/inspection charge may apply.
  • Same-day cancellations may attract a minimum service fee.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule the service by informing us in advance.
  • Rescheduling is subject to technician availability.
  • Repeated rescheduling may incur additional charges.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment made but service not provided by us
  • Duplicate payment by mistake
  • Service cancelled by Mumbai Service Point

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Inspection or visiting charges once technician visit is completed
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Issues arising due to customer misuse or external damage
  • Delay caused due to non-availability of spare parts
  • Minor variations in service expectations

5. Repair Warranty Claims

If your service includes a limited warranty, you must report the issue within the specified warranty period. Our team will inspect and resolve as per policy. Refunds are generally not issued against completed repair services.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
  • Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

7. Advance Payments

Any advance paid for spare parts procurement may be non-refundable once the part has been ordered or purchased.
